Payment Plans

 

 

All tutoring sessions are to be paid in advance or on the day of the first tutoring session. We offer six payment options for our clients: Unlimited Sessions for the year (flat fee), Annual, Bi-Annual (once per semester), Quarterly (twice per semester), Monthly, and Per Appointment. Annual, Bi-Annual, Quarterly and Monthly payment rates are computed by applying various discounts to the Per Appointment rate, and are restricted to clients who reserve continuous, weekly tutoring appointments.

 

For parents who reserve tutoring appointments for more than one child, there will be a 10% discount on the second child, and a 15% discount for the third child.

 

v UNLIMITED TUTORING SESSIONS FOR THE YEAR:  $4200 

 

v Annual: (one payment per year/ $2,150 per payment)  This plan gives your child access to two one-hour sessions per week; it will also lock in your rate of $21.00 per hour for any additional appointments you wish to schedule during that year.

 

v Bi-Annual: (two payments per year/ $1,200 per payment)  This plan gives your child access to two one-hour sessions per week; it will also lock in your rate of $25.00 per hour for any additional appointments you wish to schedule during that year.

 

v Quarterly: (four payments per year/ $600 per payment)  This plan gives your child access to two one-hour sessions per week; it will also lock in your rate of $25.00 per hour for any additional appointments you wish to schedule during that year.

 

v Monthly: (one payment of $210 per month)  This plan gives your child access to two one-hour sessions per week; it will also lock in your rate of $25.00 per hour for any additional appointments.  If your payment is not received by the sixth of the month you will be given a grace period of one week, after which a $25 late fee will be assessed.

 

v Weekly: If you desire to pay weekly, the hourly rate is $35.00 per hour. If your payment is not received by the Friday of the week in which your child receives tutoring, a $10 late fee will be assessed.

 

v One-on-One Tutoring: We offer one-on-one tutoring through-out the entire school year. This service best suits students who have learning or behavioral diabilities, or who simply desire extra attention and/or are easily distracted. Private Tutoring is $60.00 per hour.

 

 

Summer School Rates:

 

Fees for students wishing to enroll in summer school, assuming 2-hour sessions:

 

v One day per week (2 hours per week):   $210 per month.

 

v Two days per week (4 hours per week):   $300 per month.

 

v Three days per week (6 hours per week):   $400 per month.

 

v Four days per week (8 hours per week):   $500 per month.

 

v Five days per week (10 hours per week):   $550 per month.
